Job Duties
- Ensures guest satisfaction and promotes return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
- Practices positive public relations through ensuring the restaurant is welcoming and inclusive
- Aware of guests' needs and works to make the experience pleasurable
- Shows enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions
- Promotes teamwork by assisting other servers
- Understands product specifications and ensures accurate guest billing
- Performs opening, closing procedures and side work duties
- Reports equipment and facility issues to the manager
- Familiar with table bussing procedures
- Follows safe work practices
- Performs duty roster and meets cleanliness, service, and quality standards
- Adheres to local health department laws
