Job Requirements

  • Minimum 21 years of age to serve alcohol
  • 2 years experience in fine dining or upscale service environment
  • strong communication and guest service skills
  • ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • proficient in basic math and POS systems
  • team-oriented with attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • flexibility to work variable days including weekends and holidays
  • flexibility to work variable shifts including days, nights, overnights

Job Duties

  • Greet and serve guests promptly and courteously
  • take food and beverage orders, upsell menu items, and input orders into POS system
  • deliver orders accurately to tables or guest rooms
  • maintain knowledge of menus, beverages, allergens, wine pairings, and specials
  • ensure tables are properly set, maintained, and cleared between courses and after service
  • assist in restaurant setup, side work, and closing duties
  • support bussing, food running, and in-room dining as needed
  • adhere to state liquor laws and hotel service standards
  • handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, trays, and equipment
