Job Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age to serve alcohol
- 2 years experience in fine dining or upscale service environment
- strong communication and guest service skills
- ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- proficient in basic math and POS systems
- team-oriented with attention to detail and strong work ethic
- flexibility to work variable days including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and serve guests promptly and courteously
- take food and beverage orders, upsell menu items, and input orders into POS system
- deliver orders accurately to tables or guest rooms
- maintain knowledge of menus, beverages, allergens, wine pairings, and specials
- ensure tables are properly set, maintained, and cleared between courses and after service
- assist in restaurant setup, side work, and closing duties
- support bussing, food running, and in-room dining as needed
- adhere to state liquor laws and hotel service standards
- handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, trays, and equipment
