Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be American citizen or Green Card holder
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test including marijuana and other substances
  • Must comply with grooming standards regarding visible tattoos and piercings
  • Must be able to work long hours daily for multiple weeks
  • Must be physically capable of performing duties such as lifting and standing for extended periods
  • Consumption of alcohol strictly prohibited while on duty

Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • American citizen or Green Card holder
  • Willingness and ability to work minimum 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
  • Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
  • Efficiently set up and break down meal services including tables, linen, silverware, china, and glassware
  • Cater to all culinary requests efficiently
  • Greet guests by name, escort them to tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer questions
  • Relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages with care and proper presentation
  • Perform additional functions such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and supporting evening entertainment
