Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be American citizen or Green Card holder
- Must pass pre-employment drug test including marijuana and other substances
- Must comply with grooming standards regarding visible tattoos and piercings
- Must be able to work long hours daily for multiple weeks
- Must be physically capable of performing duties such as lifting and standing for extended periods
- Consumption of alcohol strictly prohibited while on duty
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- Willingness and ability to work minimum 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
- Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended standing or walking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience
- Efficiently set up and break down meal services including tables, linen, silverware, china, and glassware
- Cater to all culinary requests efficiently
- Greet guests by name, escort them to tables, present menus, suggest courses and wines, and answer questions
- Relay orders to the galley and serve courses and beverages with care and proper presentation
- Perform additional functions such as greeting guests upon embarkation, serving afternoon teas and snacks, and supporting evening entertainment
