Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- Ability to work some weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience of at least 6 months
Job Duties
- Serve all residents and guests courteously and answer dining related questions
- Offer specials and complete orders by asking appropriate questions
- Maintain dining room and work areas clean and orderly
- Handle glassware and silverware safely and reset tables according to procedures
- Assist departmental staff with duties and training
- Perform duties independently with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with co-workers and participate in resident and guest functions and promotions
