Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Assist in the training and development of new team members
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions properly
  • Practice responsible selling and service of alcohol
  • Maintain a professional image and uniform standards
  • Maintain frequent guest contact and high visibility in the dining room
  • Inquire about guest dining experience and escalate issues to management
  • Thank guests sincerely for their patronage
  • Maintain high level of food and beverage knowledge
  • Ensure stock levels meet specified requirements
  • Follow standard recipes and methods for consistency
  • Promote and implement ongoing and upcoming promotions
  • Adhere to cleanliness standards according to health department and company policies
  • Follow food safety practices including time and temperature control
  • Follow cleaning schedules and checklists to maintain a safe environment
