Job Duties
- Assist in the training and development of new team members
- Handle cash and credit card transactions properly
- Practice responsible selling and service of alcohol
- Maintain a professional image and uniform standards
- Maintain frequent guest contact and high visibility in the dining room
- Inquire about guest dining experience and escalate issues to management
- Thank guests sincerely for their patronage
- Maintain high level of food and beverage knowledge
- Ensure stock levels meet specified requirements
- Follow standard recipes and methods for consistency
- Promote and implement ongoing and upcoming promotions
- Adhere to cleanliness standards according to health department and company policies
- Follow food safety practices including time and temperature control
- Follow cleaning schedules and checklists to maintain a safe environment
