Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior restaurant experience preferred
- Must be able to walk/stand for entire shift
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal and state laws
- Ability to learn cash register software used by bar/restaurant
- Positive attitude and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Report for duty punctually and in full uniform
- Greet customers as they are seated at the table
- Ensure the table is clean and that utensils, napkins, and other needs have been provided
- Distribute menus and present the daily specials
- Alert management and kitchen team of any guest allergies
- Answer questions regarding the menu
- Take food and beverage orders and deliver them to the kitchen
- Deliver food, beverages, condiments, and other requested items to customers
- Ensure that food is prepared correctly and to customers' satisfaction
- Return incorrect or improperly cooked orders to kitchen
- Collect plates and clear the table as customers finish their meals
- Prepare customers' checks and collect payments
- Assist with other restaurant tasks such as cleaning the dining area and preparing silverware and condiments
- Ensure that customers are of legal drinking age by checking photo IDs
- Perform other related duties as assigned
