Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction by following the Eight Steps of Service
- Practice positive public relations to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Anticipate and address guests' needs to make their experience pleasurable
- Promote new products and special promotions with enthusiasm and knowledge
- Assist other servers to maintain outstanding guest service
- Perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties
- Report equipment and facility issues to the manager
- Follow safe work practices to ensure personal and team safety
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with local health department regulations
