Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or food service experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to carry food and beverages consistently
- Must be able to lift moderate weights
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Flexibility with scheduling including evenings and weekends

- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide menu information and make recommendations
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in and addressing requests
- Recommend menu items and promotions to increase sales
- Clear and clean tables efficiently and maintain a tidy dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management for smooth service
- Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
