Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years related experience in a restaurant setting
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to use hands and perform physical tasks such as bending and stooping
- commitment to following safety and sanitation procedures

Job Duties
- Takes guest orders utilizing menu knowledge and situational selling techniques
- serves food and beverages promptly ensuring all items meet company standards
- communicates professionally with guests to determine their needs
- promotes new menu items and promotions
- inputs orders accurately into the POS system
- pre-bus tables and assist with side work as required
- practices safe food handling and maintains cleanliness
- handles guest complaints effectively and involves management when necessary
- interacts with guests to provide a welcoming dining experience
- may assist in other job categories
- performs all other assigned duties
