Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of previous customer service experience
- Ability to follow established order and style of service
- Willingness to work part-time with some weekend availability
- Ability to adhere to safety and sanitation rules
- Capability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Physical ability to clear, buss, and reset tables

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience of at least 6 months
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to maintain a neat and clean appearance
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
Job Duties
- Courteously serve all residents and their guests and answer dining related questions
- Offer specials and complete orders by asking appropriate questions to ensure meal satisfaction
- Maintain the dining room and work areas clean and orderly according to department standards
- Handle all glassware and silverware in a safe and sanitary manner and reset tables according to procedures
- Assist other departmental staff with duties and training with or without verbal requests
- Make suggestions for improvement in food and service and participate in meetings providing input and feedback
- Work harmoniously and cooperatively within a team structure collaborating with co-workers and delivering on resident and guest functions, activities, and promotions
