Job Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- High school diploma
- TABC certification
- 1-2 years experience in dining and knowledge of service sequence and dining room procedures

Job Duties
- Prepare table settings and side stations in assigned area prior to opening
- Greet customers, present menus, inform customers of daily specials or buffet offerings, make suggestions, answer questions and take beverage orders
- Process food and beverage orders in POS system
- Pick up and serve beverage orders from service bar to customers properly and in a timely manner
- Close out guest checks and collect payment from customer
- Process vouchers for credit cards and make change for cash transactions
- Assist bus staff with stocking, removing and resetting dishes, glassware, flatware, table linens and other restaurant supplies as needed
- Secure stations at end of shift, return all linens, condiments, dishes, glassware and flatware to appropriate areas
