Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 0-2 years related experience in restaurant or service industry
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing and walking for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dependability and teamwork skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent guest service skills and experience
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly

  • Good organizational and prioritization skills
  • Computer skills including POS system experience
  • 0-2 years of related restaurant experience
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant concepts, practices, and procedures

Job Duties

  • Take guest orders utilizing menu knowledge and situational selling techniques
  • Serve food and beverages promptly ensuring proper preparation and timely delivery
  • Communicate professionally with guests to determine needs and assist with menu selections
  • Describe menu items accurately and maintain company food quality standards
  • Input orders accurately into the POS system
  • Pre-bus tables and assist with approved side work
  • Handle guest complaints effectively and involve management as appropriate
