Job Requirements
- weekend availability needed
- one or more years of experience in food service
- valid Food Handlers card and OLCC permit
- ability to work in a fast-paced and noisy environment
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards
- physical ability to perform job duties
Job Qualifications
- one or more years of experience working in high-volume and/or guest-facing food service
- valid Food Handlers card
- valid OLCC permit
- working knowledge and/or exposure to dining room and service standards, procedures, and functions
- strong communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- working as a team with FOH and BOH to ensure consistent and timely experience for guests through customer service and food quality
- actively assisting fellow team members in meeting the needs of guests
- following company policies, state and food safety and sanitation standards
- continued education surrounding Japanese cuisine and beverages
- additional duties may apply specific to each position
- maintaining dining room and service standards, procedures, and functions
- exchanging accurate information while communicating with customers
