Job Requirements

  • High school education or currently enrolled in high school
  • Ability to engage positively with residents and guests
  • Willingness to learn and undergo training
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to follow health and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • High school student or equivalent
  • Willingness to learn and participate in on site training
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in dining service is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Dazzle residents, family members, and guests with engaging conversation to create an exceptional dining experience
  • Display a warm, welcoming demeanor while delivering healthy and delicious meals
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced restaurant/resort style dining environment
  • Build relationships with residents and enjoy coming to work while maintaining work-life balance
  • Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
  • Assist with setting up and cleaning dining areas as needed
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines
