Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol based on state regulations
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must have a friendly and positive attitude
- Willingness to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server preferred but not required
- Alcohol certification a plus
- Serve Safe certification a plus
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Deliver genuine hospitality and an exceptional dining experience by guiding guests through the menu while demonstrating thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings
- Provide timely, attentive, fun and friendly service to ensure guests feel valued and well cared for
- Create positive first impressions that build loyalty in return guests
- Be a team player with a can-do attitude to deliver 100 percent guest satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with co-workers and other wait staff to maintain a friendly and thoughtful environment
