Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • excellent guest relations skills
  • previous experience handling money and operating point of sales processing systems a plus
  • flexible schedule

Job Duties

  • Describe the Tucanos experience and menu items to guests
  • assist guests in making food and beverage selections
  • take and ring in orders accurately
  • deliver food and beverages promptly to guests
  • follow established guidelines and procedures to maintain quality of food and service
  • assist with seating guests, clearing and setting tables
  • perform light kitchen prep work and prepare to-go orders
  • maintain accountability for the server station
  • communicate effectively with front and back-of-house team members to ensure guest satisfaction
