Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years related experience
- strong knowledge of restaurant practices and procedures
- excellent guest service skills
- ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- dependability and exceptional teamwork skills
- ability to stand for entire shift and walk for long periods without rest
- ability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects and tools
- good verbal communication skills
- ability to bend, stoop, and have good vision including color and peripheral vision

Job Duties
- Take guest orders utilizing menu knowledge and situational selling techniques
- serve food and beverages promptly ensuring all items meet company standards
- communicate professionally with guests to determine their needs and assist with menu selections
- describe menu items accurately and maintain company food quality standards
- input orders accurately into the POS system
- pre-bus tables and assist with approved side work
- practice safe food and beverage handling and clean up appropriately
- handle guest complaints effectively and involve the manager when necessary
- communicate and interact with guests to handle crowds and ensure comfort while they wait
- assist in other job categories as assigned
- perform all other assigned duties
