Job Requirements

  • Must have rbs training certificate
  • Food handler certified

  • Must be at least 18 years old or comply with local legal age requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, coworkers, and management
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well within a team, supporting fellow servers and other staff members
  • Basic math skills and experience using a POS system
  • Knowledge of food and beverage safety standards
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service role is preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old or comply with local legal age requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
  • Ensure all service standards are followed as outlined in the server training manual
  • Use suggestive selling and up-selling techniques to enhance the guest experience
  • Explain daily features and present the wine list when seating guests
  • Accurately take and review all orders with the guest
  • Prepare and deliver beverages in a timely manner, following wine service steps when necessary
  • Run food to tables promptly and efficiently
  • Perform quality check-backs with guests in a timely manner
  • Assist in restocking items such as rollups, pockets, and polished cutlery
  • Handle cash and follow proper room post procedures
  • Clear and reset tables during the shift
  • Properly input all orders into the POS system
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and refilling supplies as needed
  • Thank guests as they leave and inquire about their meal experience
  • Report any customer complaints to the supervisor on duty immediately
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Senior Management or dictated by business needs
