Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally, guiding them through the dining experience
  • present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about menu items, beverages, and specials
  • offer expert guidance on wine pairings and beverage selections
  • take accurate food and beverage orders, communicating preferences and dietary restrictions to kitchen and bar teams
  • provide attentive and personalized service throughout the meal
  • handle guest complaints or concerns with grace and efficiency
  • have thorough menu knowledge and stay informed about specials and seasonal changes
  • input guest orders accurately into the POS system
  • coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely delivery
