Job Duties
- ensures guest satisfaction and promotes return visits by following the Eight Steps of Service
- practices positive public relations through ensuring the restaurant is welcoming and inclusive
- aware of guests' needs and works to enhance guests' experiences
- shows enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and promotions
- promotes teamwork by assisting other servers
- thoroughly understands product specifications and ensures receipt accuracy
- performs opening and closing procedures and side work duties
- reports equipment and facility problems to management
- follows correct table bussing procedures
- follows safe work practices
- performs duty roster tasks and meets cleanliness, service, and quality standards
- follows local health department laws
