Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • possess a California Food Handler's Card
  • hold RBS Alcohol Server Certificate
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
  • able to follow safety and sanitation standards
  • flexible to work split shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays
  • effective communication in English

Job Qualifications

  • One year of relevant work experience
  • effective communication skills in English
  • knowledge of food, beverages, and dining service
  • ability to prepare basic cocktails
  • knowledge of common drinks and wine types
  • understanding of safety and sanitation standards including ServSafe
  • able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Assist serving members and managing dining area operations
  • prepare dining areas for service including setup and stocking
  • operate POS terminals and manage order transactions
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of dining equipment and stations
  • greet members and guests and provide food and beverage preparation and service
  • monitor tables and promptly respond to member needs
  • prepare food bars and buffet areas
  • set up bars including beverages and supplies
  • open and serve wine bottles tableside
  • prepare basic cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages
  • conduct inventory and submit supply order lists
  • perform cashier duties including totaling orders and reconciling POS
  • handle dining room closing responsibilities
  • clean storage equipment as assigned
  • perform other related duties as required
