Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages
- Capability to stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Ability to maintain a patient and tactful demeanor when interacting with residents, staff, and visitors

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a patient and tactful composure in various situations
- Physical ability to carry trays and stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Greet residents by name and provide friendly, personalized service
- Take meal orders and answer questions about the menu
- Serve meals and beverages promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and attractiveness of the dining room
- Ensure smooth operation during dining services and special events
- Assist with catering functions and community events
- Uphold Touchmark's values through professional and compassionate interactions
