Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capable of standing for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous customer service or server experience is an advantage
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • knowledge of food safety standards beneficial

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
  • suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • take accurate food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • pick up and deliver food orders in a timely manner
  • ensure the customer is well attended, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
  • deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank guests and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
