Job Requirements
- Must be able to speak and read English
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to handle money responsibly
- Demonstrated interest in hospitality and guest services

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and courteous manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar
- Ensure guests’ dining experience is enjoyable by providing attentive and friendly service
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and manage cash and credit transactions accurately
- Promote menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
