Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of previous restaurant experience as a server
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- provide detailed knowledge of menu items including food, wine, and spirits
- make personalized recommendations to enhance guest dining experiences
- ensure accurate and timely order taking and delivery
- engage guests with warm and friendly interaction
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to facilitate smooth service
