Job Duties
- Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service protocol
- Consistently hold a friendly, relaxing, and courteousness demeanor that makes guests feel comfortable to ensure satisfaction
- Transmit orders to bar and kitchen by recording guests' choices and gives knowledgeable recommendations as necessary
- Keep the kitchen staff informed on times, updates, or any changes that need to be made to guest's orders
- Serve orders by picking up and delivering guests' choices from the kitchen/bar and deliver accompaniments and condiments as needed
- Issue bills and collects payment including room charges, credit card payments, or cash payments with the correct change returned
- Assist other servers as needed
