Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum one year experience in fast-casual restaurant serving
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Current state-required alcohol and food certifications
- Ability to communicate verbally in Spanish
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Strong team leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle physical demands of a restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
