Job Requirements
- Must be guest sensitive and possess a sense of timing to serve meals appropriately
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently
- Must maintain proper uniform standards
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of guests
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks such as wiping tables and seats
- Ability to transport dining ware efficiently and safely
Job Qualifications
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location
- Ability to use computer systems to input orders
- Ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods
- Good sense of balance and ability to bend and kneel
- Experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- Strong guest service skills
- Ability to follow uniform standards
Job Duties
- Deliver the mission statement and motto to each guest 100% of the time
- Use computer system to input order information
- Serve different elements of the dining experience such as drinks, food, and dessert at the proper time
- Stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to six hours
- Maintain cleanliness by wiping down tabletops, table legs, booth seats, and picking up debris
- Transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room and kitchen
- Follow proper uniform standards
