  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • food handler certification required
  • TABC certification required
  • exceptional hygiene and grooming habits
  • ability to read and understand simple instructions
  • ability to write simple correspondence
  • ability to add and subtract two and three-digit numbers using units of American money
  • ability to operate computer point-of-sale systems

Job Duties

  • Welcome and greet guests
  • make guests feel comfortable and cared for
  • answer questions about food, beverages, and restaurant services
  • take food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
  • deliver food and beverages promptly to guests
  • prepare the final bill and process payments
  • perform side work at the start and end of shifts
  • monitor guests' dining experience and ensure satisfaction
  • respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and communicate feedback to managers
  • assist fellow servers as needed
  • work 1-2 Food Runner shifts per week
  • attend all scheduled team member meetings
  • obtain strong working knowledge of the menu through server training
  • must be at least 18 years old
