Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous restaurant experience is optional but preferred
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information to customers and other team members
- Ability to add and subtract two and three-digit numbers and perform these operations using units of American money
- Ability to operate computer point-of-sale system
- Must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits
- Food Handler Certification is required
- TABC Certification is required

Job Duties
- Welcome and greet guests
- Make our guests feel comfortable and let them know you’re there to care for them
- Answer questions about our food, beverages, and other restaurant services
- Take food and beverage orders from guests, and enter orders into the point-of-sale system
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests promptly
- Prepare the final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change
- Perform side work as management requires at the start and end of each shift
- Monitor guests' dining experience to ensure they are satisfied with the food and service
- Respond promptly and courteously to requests and communicate guest feedback to managers
- Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers
- Obtain strong working knowledge of the menu by completing server training
- Must work 1-2 Food Runner shifts per week
- Attend all scheduled team member meetings
