Job Duties
- Take guests orders
- Provide attentive service throughout meal
- Memorize menu items, abbreviations, various preparation styles
- Learn drink offerings, stay up to date on current beers on tap and educate customer on offerings
- Assist in prepping ingredients, maintaining stock on the line and keeping the process organized
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
- Clean and maintain stock of silverware, menus, napkins, etc.
