Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work full-time including evenings and weekends
- excellent customer service skills
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- must be of legal age to serve alcohol

- previous experience in full service or fine dining restaurants preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
- willingness to learn about contemporary Mexican cuisine and beverages
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- greet and seat guests warmly and professionally
- provide detailed descriptions of menu items including preparation and history
- take customers' orders accurately and promptly
- serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- answer questions about wine and cocktail selections
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- participate in routine training and testing sessions to improve service and menu knowledge
