Job Requirements

  • must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
  • ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capability

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in food service or customer service roles beneficial
  • ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members

Job Duties

  • welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • suggest sale of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
  • take food and drink orders accurately and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • pick up and deliver food orders promptly
  • ensure customers are well attended by offering drink refills and removing any unused items
  • deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety rules
