Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand for long periods and carry trays
  • excellent verbal communication skills
  • prior experience in food service preferred
  • ability to work well under pressure
  • commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery
  • provide recommendations and answer guest questions about the menu
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
  • process payments accurately and handle cash
  • resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
