Job Requirements

  • minimum of 1 year experience as a server in the fast-casual restaurant industry
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • high school diploma or GED required
  • proficiency in POS systems
  • current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
  • ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
  • availability to work evenings, holidays, weekends
  • strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
  • strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness
  • strong communication skills
  • able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner

  • ensure all state-required alcohol and food certifications are maintained
  • communicate effectively with the crew, including verbal communication in Spanish
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
  • handle guest requests and resolve conflicts positively
  • work flexible hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
