Job Requirements
- minimum of 1 year experience as a server in the fast-casual restaurant industry
- must be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or GED required
- proficiency in POS systems
- current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
- ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew
- availability to work evenings, holidays, weekends
- strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness
- strong communication skills
- able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Duties

- take and accurately enter food and drink orders into the POS system

- maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
- handle guest requests and resolve conflicts positively
- work flexible hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends
