Job Requirements
- minimum of 16 years of age
- employment certificate or permit if applicable
- prior customer service experience
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- physical stamina for constant activity
- ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at intermediate or advanced level
- individuals under 18 excluded from use of dangerous equipment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior customer service experience
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- prior food service, hospitality, serving, or restaurant experience desired
- excellent verbal communication skills
- ability to perform in high volume environment
- demonstrates professional and friendly demeanor
Job Duties
- provide restaurant quality service to residents
- assist with table service ensuring residents’ needs are met
- maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas
- communicate effectively with residents, coworkers, and supervisors
- promote a collaborative and team-focused work environment
- remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- follow food safety and health regulations
