Job Duties
- meet with the kitchen staff and director daily to discuss and familiarize with the menu and daily specials
- perform assigned food preparation duties such as brewing coffee and pouring juices
- use correct serving techniques by serving from the right and clearing from the left
- clear and wash tables after residents finish their meals using proper procedures
- prepare tables for the next meal service
- maintain a clean work and dining area at all times
- undertake general cleaning assignments posted in the kitchen
