- 0-2 years related experience
- strong knowledge of restaurant practices
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- good communication skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- computer literacy with POS systems
- ability to work flexible schedules
- able to comply with safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Take guest orders utilizing menu knowledge and situational selling techniques
- serve food and beverages promptly ensuring items meet company standards
- communicate professionally with guests to determine their needs and assist with menu selections
- describe menu items accurately demonstrating knowledge
- input orders accurately into the POS system
- pre-bus tables and assist with side work as outlined
- practice safe food and beverage handling and maintain cleanliness
- handle guest complaints effectively and involve management when appropriate
- interact with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere
- assist in other job categories as needed
- perform all other assigned duties
