- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- state-mandated beverage service certificate if required
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- willingness to adhere to company policies and standards
- must be punctual and reliable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- basic math skills for handling cash and POS transactions
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to provide friendly and attentive customer service
Job Duties
- Work as a team player in a fast-paced environment
- practice safe food handling procedures
- maintain awareness of food allergens and proper safety steps
- follow company policies and procedures
- maintain knowledge of new and existing programs to support company goals
- operate the point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately
- uphold cash handling procedures
- obtain and maintain state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
