- Prior experience in catering or event service preferred

Job Duties
- Portioning food onto clients plates as they move through the buffet line
- replenishing food on the buffet
- answering clients questions about the menu (info provided on-site before the event begins)
- bussing tables
- helping set-up and tear-down
