Job Requirements
- entry level position with on-the-job training
- minors under the age of 18 must obtain a valid work permit if required by the state
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong customer service orientation
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- previous food service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- create an enjoyable dining experience for residents and their guests
- deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
- assist with the setup and cleanup of the dining room
- provide friendly and attentive customer service
- ensure dining areas are clean and well-organized
- adhere to health and safety regulations
- collaborate with kitchen and service staff
