Job Requirements
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- commitment to providing excellent customer service
- willingness to comply with all company policies and procedures
- possession or ability to obtain state-required beverage service certification in applicable states
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a customer service or restaurant role is beneficial but not mandatory
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- knowledge of safe food handling procedures
- ability to operate POS systems
- willingness to obtain and maintain beverage service certification where required
Job Duties
- practice safe food handling procedures and have awareness of food allergens including where to find more information and take proper steps
- follow company policies and procedures
- maintain knowledge of new and existing programs to successfully implement and support company goals
- operate the point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately
- uphold cash handling procedures
- have state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
- provide excellent guest service ensuring memorable dining experiences
