Job Requirements

  • ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • willingness to comply with all company policies and procedures
  • possession or ability to obtain state-required beverage service certification in applicable states

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in a customer service or restaurant role is beneficial but not mandatory
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • knowledge of safe food handling procedures
  • ability to operate POS systems
  • willingness to obtain and maintain beverage service certification where required

Job Duties

  • practice safe food handling procedures and have awareness of food allergens including where to find more information and take proper steps
  • follow company policies and procedures
  • maintain knowledge of new and existing programs to successfully implement and support company goals
  • operate the point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately
  • uphold cash handling procedures
  • have state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
  • provide excellent guest service ensuring memorable dining experiences
