Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- valid food handler's card
- excellent communication skills
- previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- past experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred but not required
- familiarity with restaurant POS systems and cash handling
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints in a professional manner
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- a valid food handlers card
Job Duties
- take and deliver customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
- ensure customer satisfaction by checking on guests regularly and addressing any questions and concerns they may have
- create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests
- maintain a clean and organized dining area including tables chairs and condiments
- collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- perform other duties as assigned by the manager
