Job Duties
- Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
- Welcoming and greeting all guests while representing the brand as an ambassador of fun
- Recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy
- Delivering food and drinks promptly while anticipating guests’ needs
- Creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional service
- Adhering to local and state alcohol laws, procedures, and policies
- Processing payment transactions and thanking guests
- Maintaining a clean and safe section and completing side duties
