Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend reach squat and safely carry up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
- knowledge of food safety regulations preferred
- experience in customer service or food service roles advantageous
- good communication skills
- ability to provide a friendly and welcoming experience to guests
- familiarity with POS systems preferred
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- suggest sales of drinks appetizers and desserts
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- promptly pick up and deliver food orders
- ensure the customer is well attended offer drink refills and clear unused items
- deliver and settle the bill promptly thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
