Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Ability to carry trays up and down stairs
- Previous experience in customer service roles preferred
- Ability to manage cash responsibly

- Knowledge of food service regulations and proper food handling procedures

- Ability to learn menu details quickly

Job Duties
- Excellent customer service including patience and a friendly demeanor
- Learning food and drink menu items including daily specials
- Engaging customers to explain menu items specials and drinks
- Carrying trays of food and drinks up and down stairs
- Bus tables and perform side work to keep restaurant clean and presentable
- Maintain a personal bank for cash transactions and manage cash throughout shift
- Exceptional organization and time management
