Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to complete food safety training and maintain certifications
- Effective English communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Commitment to teamwork and providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- No experience is necessary although previous food service experience is preferred
- Must complete food safety training and obtain or hold required local state or county food handling sanitation licenses or certificates
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- Basic computer skills for POS and payroll systems
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables with limited standardization
- Must maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and co-workers
Job Duties
- Accept food order communicate to kitchen and deliver food and beverage to residents and/or guests in a timely manner
- Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests
- Actively buss and reset tables as well as complete assigned side work
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents visitors and co-workers
