Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
- ability to stand and be active for extended periods
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to work as part of a team
- effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a restaurant service role is a plus
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- passion for food and guest service
- ability to learn and use point-of-sale (POS) systems
- knowledge of basic food safety and allergen awareness
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment
- practice safe food handling procedures and maintain allergy awareness
- follow company policies and procedures
- maintain knowledge of new and existing programs to support company goals
- operate point-of-sale system quickly and accurately
- uphold cash handling procedures
- possess state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
