  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • physical ability to carry trays and serve food
  • ability to communicate clearly in English

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a customer service or restaurant server role is advantageous
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests promptly and with a friendly attitude
  • provide attentive and knowledgeable service about menu items including food and wine
  • ensure orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner
  • maintain health and safety standards including cleanliness and sanitation
  • handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • assist with setting up and closing the restaurant as needed
  • participate in ongoing training to improve skills and service quality
