- 3-5 years of serving experience in an upscale setting
- Food handler's card
- OLCC license
- Reliable transportation
- Current driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours

Job Duties
- Fill out and perform daily FOH opening duties checklist when applicable
- Greet customers and present menus
- Take drink and food orders
- Make recommendations based upon your own menu knowledge
- Provide quality customer service
- Communicate missing items or misfires with the kitchen
- Adhere to health department rules and regulations upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Collect payment and deliver bills when appropriate
- Ensure server stations are stocked
- Roll silverware
- Help bussers clean and sanitize tables when necessary
- Fill out and perform daily FOH closing duties checklist when applicable
